Free Transportation
There will be free shuttle at the exit of Metro’s Jabaquara - Blue Line and Santos Imigrantes - Green Line stations. The buses will have as their destination the São Paulo Expo Exhibition Center.
From November 18th to 22nd, the buses will circulate starting from 01:00 PM, ending their trips at 11:00 PM. On November 19th, the buses will start to circulate at 10:00 AM, ending their trips at 08:00 PM.

During the event, a partner company of taxi will be available to visitors/buyers offering safety and service convenience. The service counters are located at the exit of the event.
Medical Station
Unit equipped with the necessary resources for the emergency services if needed. During the event, a team of doctors and nurses is available at the gate 13, providing security and quality services.
Public Phone
An economical option available to visitors/buyers, they can be used with prepaid telephone cards. They are located near the restrooms.
Information Center
In charge to provide information referring to visitors/buyers issues related to the event’s plan, services location, event’s official catalog distribution, among others.
Security
Service room to support theft and provide general guidelines. A meeting point and lost property office during the event.
Service Dogs
The entry of animals of any species or sizes is forbidden except for duly authorized service dogs.
